At full operation, Ananika Health Solutions PLC employs over 60 qualified professionals, including 42 full-time staff (specialists, GPs, nurses, lab technologists, physiotherapists, and pharmacists) and 18 part-time senior consultants and sub-specialists. This ensures high-quality patient care, sustainable skill transfer, and meaningful job creation in the healthcare sector.
We also leverage digital home care apps and blockchain-based patient record systems to maintain accurate, secure, and efficient patient management, enabling seamless follow-ups and continuity of care.
Ethiopia faces a growing demand for modern, integrated, and patient-focused healthcare, yet there are limited private facilities offering comprehensive services. Ananika addresses this gap through its core service units: outpatient and inpatient medical care, diagnostic and imaging centers, physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs, wellness and spa services, home care and ambulance support, caregiver and daycare training, and corporate health & safety programs.
